A Brand Profile is the heart of BrandVoice Pro. It stores everything the app needs to make content sound like you, so you never have to re-explain your brand from scratch. Your profile is saved to your account in the cloud and is available from any device.

What a profile captures

When you build a profile, you answer a short set of questions:
  • Brand name. What your company or brand is called.
  • Audience. Who you are writing for, described as specifically as you can.
  • Origin story. Why you started, and what makes your perspective yours. This becomes the emotional spine of your content.
  • What you do. A plain description of your product, service, or expertise.
  • Highlight message. A specific story or message you want woven through this content.
  • Content goal. What you want the piece to achieve, such as traffic, leads, authority, or retention.
Spend the most time on your origin story and highlight message. They do the heavy lifting in making output feel authentic rather than generic.

Saving and switching profiles

Profiles are saved to your account, and you can switch between them in one click. There is no need to re-enter your story, audience, or goals each time. This is especially useful if you manage more than one brand or product line. The number of profiles you can save depends on your plan: See Plans & Pricing for the full comparison.

Editing a profile

You can update any field on a profile at any time. New generations use the latest version of the profile, so if your audience shifts or you refine your story, your content keeps pace.
