# Plans & Pricing

> Free, Basic, and Premium plans, and what each one includes.

BrandVoice Pro has three plans. Every plan includes platform-specific social posts and the optional TL;DR and FAQ extras. The differences come down to how many generations you get, how many Brand Profiles you can save, and the word limit per generation.

## What each plan is best for

* **Free.** Perfect for trying BrandVoice Pro on real content before you spend anything. No credit card required.
* **Basic.** The right fit for most solo business owners publishing consistently, with room for up to three brands.
* **Premium.** Built for higher volume and for owners juggling several brands or product lines.

## Grandfathered free accounts

If you were a free user before the free-plan generation limit changed, your account keeps its earlier monthly allowance of 10 generations. New free signups get 6 generations per month.

## About generations

The generation pool is shared across articles and social posts. One article personalization uses one generation. One social post request uses one generation, regardless of how many platforms it covers. Full details are on [Generations Explained](/plans/generations-explained).
