Most issues fall into a few categories. Try the fixes below, and if you are still stuck, contact support. ## My content is longer than the word limit Each plan has a per-generation word limit: 1,500 words on Free, 3,000 on Basic, and 5,000 on Premium. If your piece is over the limit, either split it into sections and personalize them separately, or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. See [Plans & Pricing](/plans/plans-and-pricing). ## I ran out of generations Your generation pool refreshes at the start of each billing month. If you need more before then, you can upgrade at any time. Before upgrading, review how tier changes affect a locked-in beta rate on [Beta & Grandfathered Pricing](/plans/beta-and-grandfathering). ## The output does not sound like me yet The single biggest factor is your Brand Profile. Vague profiles produce generic output. Sharpen your origin story and highlight message, then generate again. See [Brand Profiles](/using/brand-profiles) for what to include. ## I can't switch Brand Profiles Check your plan's profile limit: 1 on Free, up to 3 on Basic, and up to 10 on Premium. If you are at your limit, you can edit an existing profile or upgrade for more slots. ## My social posts look similar across platforms Each platform's post is tailored to its own tone and format. If they feel too alike, a more specific Brand Profile and highlight message give the app more to differentiate with. ## Contact support If none of these solve it, email support with your account email and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened.
